I contacted Helen as I live in Portsmouth, and my Dad, Nan and Grandad's graves are in Blacon. I had visited and was upset about the state of the graves. I contacted Helen to see what services were offered and if she could assist. I was extremely impressed with her sensitivity in dealing with me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was never rushed and prices and options were clear from the start. I was also asked if I wanted photos. I ordered new pots and beautiful artificial flowers. My brother recently visited and was really happy with the way the graves looked. I would recommend Helen for routine care of graves. A fantastic service during an upsetting and emotional time.
