What areas do you cover?
I cover the West Cheshire area including some surrounding areas and villages.
How do I pay for your service?
For any repeat services, a standing order is preferred.
Bank transfers and cash are also accepted.
Don't cemeteries maintain the graves?
Many cemeteries focus on keeping the grounds orderly, such as grass cutting.
It's up to the family that owns the deeds to the grave to be responsible for its maintenance.
This can sometimes be subject to the rules of the cemetery.
What if I don't know the grave address?
The grave number can be found on the back of your loved one's grave. They can also be found in the grave deeds.
Many local authorities have a burial department that will be able to provide you with the grave details, fees may be required.
If that is inconclusive, I will be able to locate the grave for you at a one-off fee of £25. I will then include the grave address details, alongside a before and after photo confirmation on completion of my visit.
What can I expect from each visit?
This depends on the package you choose but it will likely be; a light headstone clean, grass-trimmed around the headstone or memorial stone, edging the plot, removing weeds, leaves and other debris, and washing of memorial and pots.
Before and after photos can also be included on request. They can be sent via email or printed.

Do you offer a restoration service?
I cannot completely restore a headstone, but I am able to repaint faded lettering on a headstone or memorial stone. I can also clean a headstone or memorial depending on its age and condition.
After an initial inspection of the grave, I will be able to advise on any work that can be done.
Do you offer any other additional services?
I can offer fresh flowers, Christmas wreaths, replacement of silk flowers, and new or replacement flower pots and ornaments. I also offer the replacement of chipping or stone and kerbed edging.
